Leipa Pack has the technical facilities to cut or slit multilayer and printed materials, being equipped with 4 slitting machines. Three of these machines perform reel-to-reel slitting, while the fourth performs reel-to-sheet slitting.
REEL-TO-REEL SLITTING-REWINDING
Our slitting-rewinding machines are suitable for the following materials:
- PP 12-120 µm;
- PE 25-150 µm;
- PET 12-50 µm;
- PVC 12-120 µm;
- • Ameliorated paper up to 100 gr/m;
- Multilayer materials (PET 12 µm + Alu 7 µm + LDPE 60 µm).

Note: The above mentioned speed depends on the characteristics of the material as well as on the cutting thickness and width.
REEL-TO-SHEET SLITTING
The reel-to-sheet slitting machine is able to cut both paper and cardboard materials having the following characteristics:
- maximum thickness: 80 g/sqm.
- maximum width of the rolls: 1 000 mm;
- cutting pitch: 520; 640; 720; 860; 1 000 mm.
