  Leipa Pack works with high-performance technological equipment designed to manufacture multilayer materials by hot extrusion of plastics (polymers).

The multilayer materials manufactured with the help of this equipment can be applied on various substrates, such as: paper, cardboard, aluminium foil, fabrics.

The extruded polymers (plastics) that can be applied on the substrates are (HDPE), polypropylene (PP), Surlyn.

 


   TECHNICAL DESCRIPRION
  • Working width: 600-1 360 mm;
  • Weight of the substrate (paper, cardboard): 50 – 500 g/sqm.;
  • Coating thickness (of the extruded plastic): 12 – 50 g/sqm;
  • Maximum reel diameter:
    1. 2 winding 1200 mm (1250 mm);
      1 winding 800 mm (for example, the woven part);
      1 unwinding 1500 mm (1800 mm);
  • Maximum speed: 300 m/min.
  • Output: 650 kg LDPE / hour.
